To Promote recreational and competitive tennis for individuals of all ages within the Greater Metropolitan New Orleans area.

Vision

To sponsor, promote and encourage active participation in competitive tennis that will install a lifetime interest in the sport. This vision is to be accomplished through teaching clinics for 6 to 12 year old and adult tennis leagues for all level players.

Achieving the Vision

NOLTA will seek to sponsor two Juniors Tournaments each year, in addition to the teaching clinics. If interest were to be shown in a NOLTA Juniors League, this, too, would be provided by NOLTA.

NOLTA currently offers two Men's league seasons each year, two Women's league seasons each year and one Mixed Doubles league in the summer of each year. Men's leagues start in March and in September, with Women's leagues starting and ending one day later each season. NOLTA League play is open to any Adult with a desire to play tennis. Skill levels found in NOLTA vary from C-Level (Beginner) through A-Level (includes former college team players). Come join the fun - all you need is the desire.
